How to book/contacting the tutors
All enquiries and bookings must be done through the tutors. To book a place or enquire about availability and course details please contact the tutors directly, all contact details are below. A deposit payable to the tutor is required to secure a place and the balance is due at the first class. Many of our courses continue throughout the year.

Felicity Bowers MA is an artist, illustrator and printmaker. Felicity has taught life drawing and illustration at a number of schools and universities over the past 16 years and has recently completed an MA at UWE specialising in fine art printmaking.

Michael Chaitow BA(Hons) is a painter whose work has a symbolist quality through themes developed from nature and natural forms. Michael has taught at Chelsea School of Art and lectured at the Royal Academy and Royal College Schools amongst others.

Saied Dai MA RA, RP is a practising artist who has taught at a number of art schools, notably the Royal Academy of Art and the Prince of Wales School of Architecture, London. He is an elected member of the Royal Society of Portrait Painters.

Brian Elwell MA a former senior fine art lecturer at Southampton Institute is a professional portrait and landscape painter, a member of Widcombe Studios and Bath Society of Artists. He's exhibited widely in the UK, including recent inclusion in the Holburne Portrait Prize and the Royal Institute of Oil Painters exhibition.

Mary-Jane Evans, BA(Hons)
received a First Class degree in Three Dimensional Design at University College for the Creative Arts, Farnham 2005. Mary-Jane is a ceramicist and works mostly in porcelain. Pushing materials to extremes is essential to her work. She moved to Bath to take up a residency at Kingswood School 5 years ago and now has her studio at BAS. She has taught ceramic workshops to various age groups over the last few years and regularly exhibits across the country.
