Space, light and translucency are the foremost entities of my interest. These may manifest themselves in seascapes, skyscapes, fog or urban spaces with their reflections and negative spaces, as well as in mental spaces and cognitive activity.

I aim to capture the atmosphere of serene and/or surreal spaces, paying particular attention to light. Perception of any medium is different and can convey a certain expression best: hence I refuse medium specificity. I use photography, painting and installation to visualize virtual spaces, to translate atmospheres and to play on illusion and ambiguity, giving freedom for otiosity and reflection.
